Advocate Primary Care in Coppell is the very best. Dr. RAFI treats you like a human and not just a number. He makes it a point to personally call me with results, updates, etc. Which DR. does that?Well, Dr. RAFI does...he is available to answer questions and understnds patient needs. Hunifer at the office is amazing, she cares and that means so much. She has a beautiful personality and goes above and beyond. Every time that Stacy answers the phone it is with a smile and great responsiveness. Advocate Primary is amazing and so thankful for Dr. Rafi and his 5 star staff. I highly recommend this for your primary care needs.

I've been seeing Dr. Rafi for several years now, and he is by far the best primary care physician I've ever had. The Advocate Primary Care office is outstanding, and the entire team is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive.
Finding the right doctor after moving to a new state can be incredibly challenging. I’ve had poor experiences in the past with doctors who rushed through appointments, lacked bedside manner, and didn’t take the time to communicate or educate me as a patient.
After extensive research and looking for someone who accepted my insurance, I found Advocate Primary Care in Coppell—and I’m so glad I did.
I was so nervous on my first visit, unsure of what to expect given my past experiences. But Dr. Samar Aslam immediately put me at ease. Her warm and calming presence made all the difference. She has an excellent bedside manner, communicates clearly, and takes her time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. I never felt rushed—she genuinely listened to my concerns and answered all my questions with patience and care.
The office also has an on-site lab with a phlebotomist available for bloodwork, which makes things really convenient. From the moment I walked in to the moment I checked out, every staff member was kind, professional, and welcoming. The entire environment felt safe, respectful, and judgment-free, which truly helped ease my anxiety.
Highly recommend this practice and Dr. Aslam if you're looking for a compassionate, communicative, and thorough primary care provider!

Nice staff, had a good experience, wait time wasn't as long as other offices.
Dr. Rafi is amazing. He is knowledgeable and compassionate. He calls all of his patients personally to discuss lab results. You can tell he cares.
Was trying to find a new doctor decided to go here the doctor gave up quite easy trying to help me and then wanted to pass me off to another doctor. Their office tried to charge me some ridiculous fee when they didn’t even help. 30 bucks and they’ve taken it to claims, it just makes me laugh. I don’t care take it all the way I’m never giving you that 30 bucks. Y’all are terrible doctors. avoid coming here. There are plenty of other doctors who actually care.
