How do I create a portal account?
Request access at your next visit or call our office. We'll send login credentials to your email.
How long do refill requests take to process?
Most refill requests are processed within 48 hours. Please plan ahead for maintenance medications.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards through our secure Healow Pay portal.
Can I see my lab results online?
Yes! Lab results are available in your patient portal once reviewed by your provider. You'll receive a notification when they're ready.
How do I message my doctor?
Log in to the patient portal and use the secure messaging feature. Messages are typically answered within a few business days.
What if I forgot my portal password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page to reset it. If you need additional help, call our office and we'll assist you.
